Create a bold anti-counterfeit campaign (social media) that encourages Volkswagen customers to verify the authenticity & genuineness of the spare parts before fitment.

To highlight & bring out the long term ill effects of using fake parts while giving the customers an easy solution on how to spot & avoid fake parts.
The idea was to associate the perception of silliness with the act of buying a counterfeit product. And, this gave rise to the campaign line -
If it's not genuine, it'll show.
Some jokes are harmless but when it comes to your car, only 100% genuine Volkswagen Spare Parts will do.

This campaign garnered 4k+ likes, 100+ comments, & 50+ shares on social media making it one of the most successful campaigns for Volkswagen Services (India) leading to 15% increase in website traffic.
